Headquartered at Yangzhou of Jiangsu Province, Meihua International Medical Technologies Co., Ltd. was incorporated on November 2020 under the laws of the Cayman Islands. We primarily conduct our business through our subsidiaries Jiangsu Yada Technology Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Huadong Medical Device Industrial Co., Ltd and Yangzhou Huada Medical Device Co., Ltd., which was established in 1991, 2000 and 2001, respectively. Since inception of 1991, we are a provider of Class I, II and III disposable medical devices with operating subsidiaries in China. We have Class I, II and III disposable medical devices qualifications, including filing certificates for Class I products and registration certificates for Class II & III products, and disposable medical device production and operation licenses in China.

We serve hospitals, pharmacies, medical institutions and medical equipment companies for over 30 years with more than 800 products for domestic sales and 120 products for exports. We sell our products both domestically and internationally. Besides significant domestic sales in China, our export sales are extended to more than 30 countries, including Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Meanwhile, we have established a sound quality assurance system and received the international “CE” certification and the United States “FDA” registrations for over 20 products including but not limited to ID bracelet, surgical tapes, elastic, adhesive bandages, etc., and ISO 13485 system certification.

We operate our business through three operating subsidiaries in PRC: Yangzhou Huada, which mainly manufactures and sells Class I disposable medical devices under our own brands, and distributes Class I and Class II disposable medical devices sourced from other manufacturers, to our domestic customers. Specifically, Yangzhou Huada mainly focuses on the manufacturing, sales and distributions of non-bottled products, such as brushes, ID bracelets for domestic sales. Jiangsu Yada, which mainly manufactures and sells Class I and Class II disposable medical devices under our own brands, and distributes Class I and Class II disposable medical devices sourced from other manufacturers. Specifically, Jiangsu Yada mainly focuses on overseas sales, and Jiangsu Huadong, which mainly manufactures and sells Class I, II and III disposable medical devices under our own brands, and distributes Class I, II and III disposable medical devices sourced from other manufacturers, to our domestic and overseas customers. Specifically, Jiangsu Huadong mainly focuses on the manufacturing, sales and distributions of polyethylene bottled products, such as eye drop bottles and tablet bottles.

Our operating subsidiaries are located in Touqiao Town, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, PRC, which are surrounded by hundreds of disposable medical device manufacturers. We take orders for products we manufacture as well as products sourced from other manufacturers to provide one-stop shopping service to our customers both domestically and internationally.

Our distribution network covers major global markets. Currently, we have 301 exporting distributors and each distributor will sell medical devices to at least 3 overseas customers. Our product permeation for mainland China has reached major medical institutions and pharmacies through nearly 2095 domestic distributors. At the same time, we have established a cooperative network with more than 473 hospitals through its own direct sales channels.The total number of direct and indirect customer relationships established overseas through our medical device distributors in Europe, North America, Asia, South America, Africa, and Oceania to be about 900.
